This model was discontinued a while back so that 19' owners had to then get the small refrigerator or pay for the bigger model, so not available. Not sure we have ever camped in hot weather but always use ice packs and a cooler when traveling and switch them out from the freezer every day. We tend to go in the off season when not crowded.

I have the 5.0 cu ft in my 17B, and it does OK until the temperatures exceed 95F, at least once Dometic replaced almost every part of it under warrantee. I did add a fan to the back of the fridge that I turn on when the outside temps are over 90F and that seems to help.
