Wheel Locks
Mega Hitchlock
Heated Water hose

My husband made this video linked below that shows the trailer in detail.

The trailer has about 5,000 miles on it. We’ve traveled in it ten out of the last twelve months, but it’s mostly been parked in Santa Fe, NM with the tire covers on while we explored the area. We’ve been obsessive about airflow and keeping the interior nice and dry. We always have at least two windows cracked and the MaxxVent fan running; when we cook we have the stove vent on high. Marine dry mat has kept the air flowing under the mattress and under both seat cushions.

We will be in New Mexico until the middle of next week; after that we will be in San Antonio, TX with the trailer. Delivery to the Western states is a possibility for an extra fee.

Please PM me with any questions.

wow....very professional video!
interesting comments on your YouTube link of the video!

in the video at 5:22 it sounds like you added better AGM batteries versus the standard Escape 6 volt batteries?

The water pump has just been replaced with a brand new SHURFLO 4008-101-A65, and the sale will also come with a new gray valve, black valve, and anode rod. A new anode rod was placed in the water heater on August 1, 2016.

I also forgot to mention that we had a weBoost Drive 4G-X Cell Booster kit installed at the Escape factory. The trailer will come with this amplifier/antenna.

Forgot to mention as well - trailer will come with a spare Thetford 31705 Water Module for the toilet.

We bought the spare water pump and toilet water assembly to have in case either broke while boondocking. Since the water pump lost suction, we went ahead and replaced that two days ago. The new one definitely works better than the original.
