I didn’t take the picture. I grabbed it from another post and made the graphic. Anyhow, as Bill said the HWH is under the bed on the driver’s side in a 19. The bypass valves (there are two that are used together) are just as shown in the picture. Hard to see as one faces away from the camera but to initiate the bypass mode both handles would be turned so they are facing each other inline with the bypass line (towards “B” on my graphic). In the graphic the top valve is towards the common “C” which is the normal position.
