Battery positive (red) position ? (2o15-19')

Good Morning -

What are the batteries positive posts (red) position on a 2o15-19'? They are located in the storage compartment with the cables coming into the area on the right side of the batteries looking in from the hitch.

That is - are the two red post on the front side, or on the back side ? It does not seem like they had one to the front and the other to the back.

For some reason this year - it seems like I have the positive (red) & negative (black) cable - either being crossed or are in danger of being rubbed by the plywood "battery hold down" cover.

Your help (or pictures) is greatly appreciated. Thank You. rw

Do you have dual 6 volt batteries, they are wired differently than a single 12v. That lid, once secured down with the toggle bolts, stays tight. Just tighten it down, it can not hurt anything.

Actually it's easier to help folks if they post a photo of their situation.
