coleman solar on sale canadian tire
past threads have talked about the coleman panels, some saying they're a pretty good deal when on sale.
FWIW, just passing it on that the panels are on sale this week.

This week on sale for $124. A few weeks ago on sale for $99. A few weeks before that $124.
I have the panels on a "sales alert" so I get an email. Couldn't decide whether to buy a second one or not at $99, so I'm still getting the alerts until I make up my mind.

40W
I bought some a couple years back, and just started using one last year. Does the trick for the minor loading I pull off my batteries.

Canadian Tire seems to be the only place that has that specific Coleman solar panel - it doesn't seem to be available in the States.

Costco (in Canada) has the 60w with inverter, and some connection wiring for $170. Coleman branding.

Pretty much the same here, bought one for $99. Will likely pick up a second one later but want to try out the first one to see if it meets my needs. On a side note, I was pleasantly pleased over the positive results of using a 2.5 watt solar battery maintainer over the winter.

I bought a set of three Coleman panels from Costco several years ago. Believe they're 58W each. Came with an inverter and charge controller, and can be used individually as well. Believe they were around $300 then. They work pretty well, presently in use keeping a fishing cabin battery charged.

No surprise the Coleman 40 watt panels are on sale again next weekend.
However, they are "on sale" for $149. I've bought them "on sale" for $99 and seem to recall they were recently "on sale" for $89.
I think they are OK for $99.

We are on the sales alert email list and got 2 - 40 watt panels last summer for $99. They go on sale on a regular basis. Each panel comes with a controller. You can use one controller for two maybe three panels.

There was a vendor at the RV show in Seattle last week that convinced me of the quality of construction of his systems. Overland Solar serves the 4X4 off-road community and developed this rugged system for their demanding use.
What I like about it is unlike a lot of solar panels, these will still work if say a leaf drops on one of the cells. Most panels need all cells completely in the sun to be effective. It is also plug and play, folds into a nice package and comes with a protective case. More expensive than the Coleman units, but their rugged construction appealed to me so I picked up the 90w kit.
Unfortunately I have not used them yet as I was in a full service campground last weekend and only had a couple of hours of daylight left when I returned to camp. I will provide a full review when I use them off-grid later this spring.
Here is a link: https://overlandsolar.com/collection...90w-solar-unit
And here is a link explaining the partial shading issues with most panels.
