If David was meaning to be funny, that certainly went right past me with, "This forum is not the place." I take it that he thought "license to kill" or maybe knocking the I.R.S. Or whatever was over the top.

When people read what others have written, they often cannot discern the intended meaning as they cannot get the tone many times. This is a common problem on all forums.

From ice-breaker's other posts, I thought that he was just being funny and was writing an amusing post and maybe even giving a compliment, not insulting Jim. I can see how someone could read it the other way though. There is no way to know how some posts are meant, just as some think David was being funny.

Just in case anybody wonders, I'm being serious!

Smile

Not knowing some of the characters in this forum, I didn't know to assume David would be kidding.

And just because I'm a guy who hears something in the office, gets home hours later and thinks "hey, I know what I should have said..."
"00x" series - license to kill
"1xx" series - license to shoot
"2xx" series - license to punch
"3xx" series - license to fine
"4xx" series - license to audit
"5xx" series - license to scold severely
