I figure the difference between a nuisance and a business opportunity is how many people are willing to pay. If only a few people want it, then I agree with you guys, it would be too much hassle. On the other hand, Escape gets a lot of business from people who have a special need and are willing to pay well and wait a long time for construction. If there is enough demand I suspect they would be very happy to do it. That seems to have happened with other options people on this forum have requested.

I think I'll ask too. If they say no, I haven't lost anything and won't be upset. If they say yes it will save me some effort installing my own since I also want the foam. Either way it will help Escape guage interest (or the lack thereof).

I installed a Seelevel tank monitor in our 1955 Shasta trailer. It has worked flawlessly for 2 years. It only monitors the fresh water tank (only tank) which is mounted under a dinette seat (inside) though. I researched them some before picking the Seelevel which seemed to have the best reviews.

We're picking up our used Escape 19 the fist of July. I'll use the stock tank monitor for awhile. If it gives problems or isn't functional for us I'll look at how hard it would be to add a Seelevel monitor to it.
