Help! Water leak

Escape is closed today as is my local RV place. I filled up the water tanks readying to leave Monday for a 6 week trip. There are two small screw cap thingys right under the entry step either leading to or coming from the bathroom. When the water pump is on they are leaking badly. I tried tightening them but they just continue to turn, not tightening. Any suggestions what I can do

Not certain, since I have a 17, but those look like the low point drain on mine. You want to tighten the black plug in the centre of the white thingy with knobs. That's my recollection.

Try holding the black plug and turning the white part counter clockwise they should tighten up.

Counter clockwise! Thank you. The black plug didnt move but turning the white one counter clockwise did the trick.

I love this forum!
