•Locking Water Fill Hatch

Does anyone that has recently received their Escape TT have a locking water fill hatch as listed on the Escape web site. Kind of vunerable nor being able to secure the water supply.

Mine locks, but I wouldn't call it secure. I'm sure it would be fairly easily breached if someone had some reason to do so.

That is definitely different from our 19' picked up in April 2013. Maybe they temporarily ran out of the locking covers when yours was produced.

Any chance there was a cover on yours that may have broke off during shipment?

That looks like it would be easier to do the hook up. I find getting my fingers into the recess to tighten the plastic nut on the hose is a pain.
On the other hand, the door version looks cleaner visually. Inside, it's full of dust and dirt.

Looks like ours without the cover. Yes, ours is a pain on the fingers too but you definitely should have a locking water hatch. That one is an invitation for someone to tamper with the water supply.
