I bought this to use with my BBQ on low pressure. A quick and easy swap with the regulator control should I need the BBQ for use away from the trailer. Though I have only done this twice in 5 years.

You could also leave the quick-disconnect male on the valve and add a QD female to the end of the hose, making the hose into an extension, so the hose would not need to stay attached to the grill all of the time; this can make storage easier.

Confirm? No.
Agree that it looks like there is a 3/8" SAE male flare to female NPT (probably 1/4") adapter screwed into the flare fitting end of the hose? Yes.
If you need that adapter and it doesn't come with the hose, it's only a few dollars.
