New meaning of R&R

Hi: All... This winter in Florida, while hiding out from the wicked winter winds, our water system seemed to take on a mind of it's own. When hooked to the campground water system our fresh water tank would fill itself...Convenient but not supposed to happen that way!!!
Each time we moved to a different park we had to dump/drain out fresh water that I had never put in the fresh tank!!! Finally this spring back home it got so bad that while camping with the fresh water hooked up, the water would fill the tank full and start pouring out the fill tube!!! I sent Reace a "HELP" message... of whats going on. He said "Sounds like your pump has gone bad". Reace's Rescue was "If I send you a new pump can you install it, or do you need to take it to a dealer?
Even though I'm all thumbs and have two left hands I was up to at least try the task...why I got lots o' "TIME" on these here two left hands too!!! Picked up the new pump at the bus depot and got it installed in a timely fashion and tested the systems and all is as it should be, and no need to camp out in rubber boots either!!!
Thanks to "Reaces Rescue" and my "Remove& Replace"... I can get back to enjoying my "Rest&Relaxation"!!!
Talk about great customer service. I know they were extra busy what with the rally and all!!!
THANKYOU REACE and all at ETI... Alf

When I first joined this forum almost 3 weeks ago, I had been at forums for several different companies making stick builts. We had been looking at them for many months. Long story much shorter, I got disgusted with that type and eventually found my way here.

I was ***very*** impressed with the things I was reading here, in particular how the owners will do what they can to solve problems in trailers. This is another good example of what else I had been reading.

And the other thing that impressed me? Not much was going wrong with the trailers, compared to the other types we were looking at. Even more impressive.

So, yeah, we're now working on what all we want in the trailer as hubby wants the build sheet complete and not changed so we know exactly how much we're going to spend on it. and we rest easy knowing we'll have it for a very long time.

I had a problem with my water pump this year and Escape trailers quickly got a new one out to me at no additional cost. I can't imagine better service.
