Outside shower

Our outside shower came with a blue coiled hose with a quick connect on one end. Opposite end of the quick connect is a standard 3/4" male garden hose connection. There was no "shower head" and not sure if there was one supplied by ETI as our 17B is a "new to us" trailer. So what kind of shower head (hand hold) would fit on a garden hose end? Or... is it a case of getting a shower head and looking for adaptors to join the two?

Sounds like the previous owner replaced the original shower hose with a garden hose.

I use the Body Spa Oxygenics shower head and am really pleased with it. Just buy a new shower head with hose - it's about $31 on Amazon.

RV dealers or probably Amazon would have what your looking for . Trying to remember but does it fit in the little door ? Maybe it is in the trailer somewhere . Anyway you may have to purchase the hose and shower head together . Pat

Ours came with the same blue coiled hose with the standard garden hose connection and a typical garden hose sprayer. We replaced it with a better garden hose sprayer. It works for us.

We have the outside shower but is the older one . Didn't know it is like a garden hose sprayer . Pat

Solution for outside shower & shower head

I found an adaptor from Lasco (amason.com) to connect to the end of the coiled blue hose for the outside shower and to the end of the supplied shower head (from ETI). To me this makes more sense than a "garden sprayer" that was supplied. Also bought a new shower head for the bathroom at the same time.

Is that blue coiled hose really fitting in the outside shower compartment, or do you have a quick-connect?

The outside shower compartment is smaller than it used to be, and has a quick connect for the hose.

The outside compartment (ours at least) is too small to fit the hose or anything for that matter. The other end of the blue coiled hose has a male quick connect that fits into the female quick connect in the outside shower compartment.
