Plastic Propane Cover

Our propane cover lost its lid. In searching for a replacement I found they do sell a replacement but I was never happy with the color of the cover that Escape provided. I just recently saw some photos of newly delivered Escapes and that propane cover sticks out like a sore thumb.

The cover Escape used is from Camco and the color is Polar White. I would call it bright white and it does not match the off white color of the front storage box or trailer. In replacing my lid I decided to order the Camco cover in Colonial White. It is still not a perfect match but it is much closer to the off white of the fiberglass.

The photo, as any photo, does not give true rendition of color but compare this to yours and tell me what you think?

It's fine, as in I haven't noticed any issues.
I did have a problem with the spray can shooting out blobs of paint and leaking from the nozzle when in use. I complained to Krylon and I now have three cans of Dover White for touch ups.

Crap baglo, you must need a warehouse to house all your stuff, what with all the complaining you do.

I did buy three cans of Krylon and had the same issue with all of them, so they were just replacing what caused me grief. Didn't send anybody over to wash my hands for me.

Baglo, You do realize you have to hold the cans upright while in use for the paint to come out properly……….!!!

Yup.
Cans were spitting, not spraying and leaking around the nozzle button.
Obviously, they had a problem or they wouldn't have replaced the cans.
Have to add that although the cans spat out globules of paint, the paint didn't cause any runs. Smoothed out just fine.

I have a 17B finished and waiting for pickup in June. When they sent the finished pictures of it parked there was no plastic cover on the dual propane tanks. Is this an option? Maybe they hadn't got around to putting the cover on yet?

Trust me, they have a plastic cover with your name on it.
