real holding tank capacities different?

Do you happen to have the outdoor shower option? I have found this to be a good way to extend the gray water tank storage ability.

You may have had liquid still in your tanks, even though it reads empty. You can always drain each tank and measure the discharge and then compare numbers, at least try the gray, I would not though want to mess/measure the black tank contents.

I just have to say that this thread taught us to now roll up on a block on the opposite side to the dump outlets- when we are in the dump station. It not only gets out that last grey water that apparently was just sitting in the tank - but it all comes out so much faster! I so appreciate everyone's knowledge. And this is a great improvement to our usage of the escape.
