You really want to get the tube from Escape - the super slider droops and tends to catch the sewer hose when putting it in /out. The one piece tube is much better.
D&W also sells the one piece tube like Escape installs but the shipping is a killer.

We wish we had purchased a second (and third) sewer tube. We tried and found both our outside rugs could fit inside our existing Escape provided tube.

We have the 15ft Rhino, but thinking back over all the times we have dumped, I have never needed more than 5ft, but for a different reason than Perry. Due to the extremely slow drain on the gray tank, I always pull the passenger side up on blocks to drain. After draining, we either drive away or position the trailer level for camping. Either way, 5ft from the sewer has always been available for a hooked up trailer. yfmv🙂

I'll agree with Steve that a 5' hose will usually work, but depending on the layout of the campsite, that may not be enough hose to allow you to park the trailer where you want. I recall needing at least 10' at some sights, but I don't recall ever needing all 15 feet. I guess it's nice to know it's there if I someday do.

Most of time my 15' hose is more than I need, but I have had a few times I needed every bit of the 15' hose.

Hmm.. good idea. I might try this, especially for the last dump at the end of a long trip.

Same here, and once in a very long while, I’ve even needed more than that, which is why I carry two 15’ hoses in two sewer tubes under our rig.

Just a thought...
I ordered the extra sewer hose from ETI and they delivered it to the Escape Appreciation Rally. So, if you are planning to attend the rally in 2019, this may provide an additional option.

Should be lots of fun for Tammy and Reace, delivering and installing as well as running the rally itself.

I was going to swing by Chilliwack and pick up the sewer tube, but they offered to take it to Osoyoos. I did my own install.
I thought that was very kind of them.

I was just concerned that they would be overwhelmed by requests, and knowing them, they would fulfill them.

That is a nifty idea! Does the slider tray come out the other side as well? I would think the option to access the sewer stuff from the side with the drains would be desirable. (I'm sure there are times where dump station equipment could get in the way so the passenger side access makes sense.)

The regular hose comes out the other side right next to dump valves. Don’t use the other fittings much as most of our camping is at spots without hookups so not an inconvenience. If we do wind up needing them more often I’ll just switch them around.

I carry the 15 ft. rhino hose in the standard tube. I also carry a 5' rhino hose extension and cone. The 5 ft. hose and cone fits in a 5"x5" fence post about 3' long mounted on the trailer tongue. I use the 5 ft. hose all the time at dump sites and can add it to my 15' hose if needed. The 5 ft. hose much is easier to deal with and rinse out at the dump site.

An update regarding the factory sewer tubes: At some point since we picked up our 19 in August 2017 ETI has started fitting slightly longer sewer tubes. Our neighbor picked up a new 19 last month, and his tubes (he got an extra one during his build) are at least six inches longer than mine. I can’t say for sure, but a 20’ Rhino might fit in there. I know my 5’ collapsible ladder will fit in his, but not ours.

Look, like I told him, it’s not the size, it’s how you use it.
Okay, fine. Yes. Sewer tube envy.
