I think there have been a few posts misread or misinterpreted by some (I hope) and on my part miswritten (if thats a word)....
When I said we use our shower mostly all the time I guess I should have also mentioned thats its because the places we like to camp discussion don't have showers.

We do our cooking where ever the fancy strike us and depending on what we are cooking as everyone knows hotdogs are ALWAYS BEST cooked over a campfire. (not open for discussion in my mind)

Like others we love our Escape products because they are the finer things in life as far as we are concerned and the fact they can be personalized to each owner is awesome (big thanks to Reace and Tammy).

Always room for bottom feeders at our fire, maybe even a drink or two.

Cheers Doug

I don't get the problem here.
I read the post about 'might as well tow a box' and did not feel an affront. It was just a description to get a point across.

I think it's very easy to misinterpret a poster's thoughts on forums. The use of punctuation, spelling, grammar etc., all have a bearing on how something is read. Moderators have volunteered their services and have the onus of deciding what is and what isn't fitting within the guidelines of "Elegance of Behavior". It's the way the system works.

My view exactly - well said.

Yes, but in a forum there is an equivalent to leaving the room... stop reading. I realize that's hard if one is being personally attacked (which isn't happening here), or if potentially harmful blatant misinformation is being presented (again, not happening in this case).

(and... great photo! )

True, it was not one, but a segment of people for their choices. And I definitely did not see it as an attack either, just an opinion that I (and a few others) disagreed with. Pretty sure we don't all agree on everything, and have stated so on these forums.

Akin to what rbryab said, it would be boring if we all agreed with everything.

Nah, read the city-data.com/forums. Classic example of forums out of control.

Hey back to ground, we're all pals here. Let's just take a breath and get back to happy talk! We LOVE our trailers!!!!

One member said, essentially, if you don't use stuff in the trailer at all, then they might as well not be there. Another member said that he has this stuff, so when it suits him he will use it. We seem to agree that these statements are not an attack on anyone, any group, any trailer, or anything at all... they're just lines of reasoning. No one is being put in a "lesser group".

So... does anyone use the toilet for solid wastes? No seriously, that's just a rhetorical question - we don't need that big a sidetrack!
