Getting the three burner makes no sense at all to me. We rarely use our two burners simultaneously. Countertop space is too precious. I'd rather have more counter top than a 3 burner.

We didn't really need a third burner, but we wanted the oven, which comes with three stove top burners. We are pleased with the oven, but the three burner stove top does take up more space than a double burner.

Hey Jim, sounds good to me. (I went to the CanCooker web site and downloaded a bunch of recipes but could always use more ...) Guess a recipe swap could be in another board.

Initially, I was going to get 3-burner, but after reading some others issue with counter space, I decided on 2 burner turned sideways. And it worked out great. Gives me some space for prepping food. I did get microwave and use it for warming, cooking, etc.
I got a small toaster oven for baking, and It is usually stored under front bench. Just get it out if needed.

It also has a cutting board that goes on top, and fits flat to the counter.

Jim, that is a nice looking stove, and all the better if it works well. I could be tempted into a retro fit

I will do a review in 9 months, or so.
Right now it is stored at Dickinson awaiting pickup, or delivery. The said it could sit there until spring.
