I'm with Jim. The sewage will be fine in the tank for a month, year, decade,...
The longer its in the tank, the less chance it will clog. Just add water and the TP will keep breaking down. I think of the tank as a really big sewage pipe, just like the one in my crawlspace and under my front lawn. In my house I treat it right by only flushing appropriate things and then generally ignore it. I never feel the need to clean it out.
Of course there's that whole sensor thing which is way too much to think about
Ignore the sensor. It looks pretty and sophisticated on the wall but is reliable only with OCD system cleaning. There's a simple way to tell if the tank is full and it's 100% accurate. Don't be afraid
