What is that I see?

an idea here is for pre-owners, people who have placed an order, but not yet completed, or those considering placing an order, perhaps have a question based asked in the format of seeing a photo of an Escape and not knowing what something was in the photo.

I'll go first:
In the Escape 21 (gen 2 at least, perhaps it is also in the "Classic" body style), in the bathroom, above the toilet there is a trapezoidal shaped panel. What is that I see?

Are you talking about the medicine cabinet?

No, the "panel" shaped like a "trapezoid", above the toilet. It is below the medicine cabinet.

I just went out and looked at ours. It appears to be an access panel held in place with two screws (covered by screw caps; it looks like Laura's has four) and caulked along the edges. Not obvious what one can access behind the panel. Perhaps only needed to secure the sections of the shower stall together and in place during construction. Just a guess....

To me, it looks like a triangle, with the top cut off. That’s my guess.....

I really want to fit isosceles or orthogonal into the discussion somehow, but haven't found an appropriate place yet. I'll keep waiting for an opening.

That was a photo taken at ETI of one of their display trailers, back when I took twelve bazillion photos for the forum. I don't know how many mine has, but MY screw covers are a color different than white. Yep, had to change all of 'em in the trailer to something else since I had wads of 'em (in different colors) on hand. I think I went with teal in the bathroom, but don't quote me on that.

I just figured it was some access panel that hopefully I'll never need to use.

I'll have to look through my stash (when I find it) and see what I have in what colors. I know I don't have enough for the kitchen in a 21, but since you have a 19 .... we'll see. Will email you about it - later. Probably much later.

And, of course totally off from the original question that was posted, but these are the screw cap covers we're talking about. I thought the tan stock ones from ETI looked wretched with the black formica we got, so I changed 'em up. And, of course, once I got going, had to change all the others. Different colors for different "rooms" in the trailer.

I believe that is where you store the flag.
