Days of Nights

I retired from the University on August 1 after nearly 15 years working there. I left Salt Lake City on August 3 in my 2000 Toyota Tundra and 2017 Escape 19. I took four days following the pony Express Trail to get to Elko NV. That's funny. If I had taken I-80 it is a distance of 230 miles and I could have gotten here in 4 hours! Instead I drove 600 miles, but I had some really wonderful experiences. And some not so. I am now residing in a trailer park for a couple of months and plan to do some exploring of the surrounding areas.( including Lamoille Canyon). Then when the weather starts getting chilly I head south. It is nice not have any real time table or obligations. It's the three of us now in this relationship. The truck, the trailer, and myself. If any one is not working well it is not going to be a good experience.

Hi: johnwarrensimpson... You'll be fine as long as the other two don't gang up on you!!! Enjoy smelling the roses along the way. Alf
