We like Kimchi, plus it like sauerkraut and other fermented pickled foods is good for you. Kimchi rice with spam is easy to make and taste good.
I usually make a few batches in the cooler months and hit a local Korean shop the rest of the year.

Sounds good I love spam and kimchi but I have never had them together. I am heading for Hawaii then when I get home I will start packing for Osoyoos!
