I don't think that most of us on this forum are teenagers anymore, and for older folks blood clots in the legs can become a serious issue. We knew a couple that took the long flight to Australia and coming back, the wife developed a blood clot. She died by the time they got to LA. We've got to get out there and keep moving, even when it hurts. Loren
