A good campground between Santa Fe and Albuquerque is Cochiti Lake, a COE campground. With a Senior card it was $10 for power and water, $6 for no hookups. Nice bathrooms with showers.

Wendy,
Will you be in eastern Canada September 11-15? There is an Escape Rally in Niagara Falls, Canada. A change to meet fellow owners and see other Escapes.

Sadly no, we will be in the heartland of South Dakota. Is there a central place to get notices re Rallies? I'd love to plan around one on another trip. Still looking for the May 2020 date, but fear we have a conflict.

Hi Mike, we camped with solar and batteries for 4 days, two of them NW gray sky socked in. Handled all our needs including CPAP like a charm! Hope it's a trend!

We will be stoppin in OKC and visiting the memorial, had to make a hard choice which route through Arizona, and more North won, so Tucson and Suguaro will have to wait. And I have two bags of the AAA definitely a travel must. I don't know about the 17, but the 19 has a place for the table poles that looks like it might be just the spot for a travel book library!

Not sure about Vinita's but hope to get to Pawhuska, it's a little north for our route. Thanks again for all the museum ideas and driving advise.

City of Rocks SP, outside Deming N.M. Very picturesque with volcanic rocks the size of houses, separated by many twisting 'roads'. You will not forget it.
