We head to Chilliwack this week to pick up our 21' (the wait is finally over). We will be taking a week to camp our way back home.
I have seen the great discounts using Passport America. If we buy the membership right now, do we have to wait until our membership card arrives, or will an email with the confirmation suffice?
The email will suffice as it will have your number, just print it out. I was a 5 year member but found it had too many restrictions for mainly weekend use, not too bad for midweek use though.

We're lifetime members, which at the time cost us $300. We've found the same frequent restrictions you did Jim, but having said that, we've already saved about $240 in our first year of owning the trailer. I figure once we've saved another $60, the rest is gravy - for life. Not a bad deal.

We bought a membership without realizing that they not only blackout weekends, but summer months as well. Have never gotten to use it, thus a total waste for us.
