I always judge gratuities on what makes me personally feel fair based on level of service and demeanor of the provider. A few years ago four guys moved a 975 lb safe for me and were very careful, and took time to level the install so the door would stand open and swing shut easily. I tipped them all while their boss sat in his pickup. Do what makes you feel right and you can't go wrong.
