Astoria, OR. Staying at Pier 38 right on the Columbia. Definitely NOT a fancy park but the close to town location is wonderful.

Although this out of the back window of my house, I think it counts as the Escape is visible. As a disclaimer, these were first posted in 2010.

Wow, those Elk are pretty bold. The Mule Deer in Utah won't come within 400 yards of anyone.

Smart. They picked a great place to go to get out of the sun.

Glacier and Yellowstone escape

Haven't been here lately but just got back from Glacier and Yellowstone. Here are some pictures from my camp site in Glacier.
This program won't let me put more than one picture or video, so I'll post again!

Glacier , out my window

This is out my back window! By the way, my pump quit working and my microwave isn't working either. Calling Reese tomorrow. Called while on the road and they said no problem!

No elk or deer in our view here but still nice to wake up to. This is out our back window from our hill top campground across the Anderson Valley CA to the vineyards on the other side.

Very nice. What's the name of the campground? We may be going to CA on our next trip.

This is Dutcher Creek RV Park just outside Cloverdale. One of the nicer places we have stayed. (Nothing compares to the Oregon State Parks for all-around experience.) Looks like about 21 sites, not a large place. Good showers and a pool we have been enjoying in this hot weather. The park's been full since we arrived and we definitely are the little guy. We're back to back to what I have started calling "behemoths"', a 40' class A motor home with tow'd.

Breakfast

Looking out my back window at Eric and Mary preparing breakfast while chatting with Gary. At the Mississippi River Valley Escape Rally. Having a great time. Many thanks to Fudge Brownie for organizing the rally!

Fort Townsend SP, WA. Quiet. No electric, but we're managing in our new 21.
