We'll be at Nehalem Bay on the Oregon coast starting Weds nite for a few days. Supposed to be near 70 degrees!

Oooo, let me know if B24 is a half way decent spot! I booked that for the Fall NOG in the hopes of having The Trailer by then. Thanks!

Laura, did you check out the campsite pictures? Here is your site, if you didn't.

Excellent Maury&Julie

We also will be staying at Sea Perch on our return trip! Looks like a great recommendation from this forum!

Yep, Donna, I looked at quite a few when I booked, but photos and seeing in person can be two different things. Thanks for the photo though.

Looks like my FJ is parked outside your trailer.

Great spot to be. A multi week trip to the Island is on the bucket list for us.

Mine's a pioneer 2007 FJ with 190,000 kilometers on it. And Zeballos is at the end of a 40-kilometer gravel side road. On the other hand nobody else was in the village rv park with full hookups for $20 a night.

190000 km is just getting broken in. Your FJ should be good for at least 500,000 km.

Love the FJ and sorry they're still not making them! But thinking about switching to a slightly newer one 2010 to 2014 eventually that requires regular rather than premium fuel.

They do keep their value, I traded my 2012 in on a 2015 Subaru Forrester and got cash back.

Mine is a 2010 and it takes regular. It was only the first year or two that they required premium, according to one of the salesguys I talked to about it a year or so ago.

Edgewater Bar, Derby Reach, Langley BC

This was our back-window view for two nights (Wed and Thurs).
Short little getaway. Nice to watch the fishing and tugboats on our working Fraser River. Also trains pass by on the other side of the river (freight trains and commuter trains). Freight trains keep passing by throughout the night. Makes for interupted sleep.

Great weather. Went for beer and onion rings in Fort Langley and emailed pictures to friends at my old work
