Not exactly out of our back window, but these sandhill cranes were very close to our Escape.

Outside my kitchen window at 9:00. You need to look at the full size image to see the stars...

Stunning image - brings to mind some Cormac McCarthy scenes in prose, the beauty of forbiddingly rugged country.

Jon, you take some great photos. Looking at the image it appears that there is a man in a hat holding onto the cactus. Interesting photo. Thanks!

I looked at it again and thought, "oh, there is". Then I took a harder look.

There are at least four Escape 5.0's in Catalina campgrounds. Didn't see any other Escapes though.

Enjoy,

Perry

That was a selfie of Jon's, don't ya know! He had the camera on timer mode! LOL.

I recognized that scene immediately. I have fond memories of hiking the Siphon Draw Trail with my dad before he passed.

I haven't seen an Escape since we left home Jan 4, about 5000 miles ago. Of course most all RVs are pretty scarse here in Mexico...

Tonight we are in Villahermosa, tomorrow continuing on to our next stop. View out back...

(The rest of the caravan I'm with.... And ok, this is not through my dirty back window which is blocked by my bike rack...)

Ah, a caravan! I was wondering how you dared to venture into the wilds of Mexico.

Three Class-Cs (or is the first a B+?), an Airstream. You're in pricey company!

Might be something others are interested in doing. How did you set it up? Maybe a separate thread?
