A simple solution, and one that I installed, is to install a separate 110 v connector. I use mine in the winter, with the trailer fully shutdown, to power my heat source.

A 44” wide bed for 2?
Now You’re best friends for sure now what about after a week?
But I suppose there’s always the seating area to sleep....is that the dog house?.....lol
I think the berth in our Scamp 13 with about 41". We survived. OK, on the count of 3, roll over.

That could be done also or simply turning off the breaker for the converter works also. I do that on occasion. I think of myself as a manual controller.

Do they have 12V CPAPs? That would probably be way more efficient.

They do. But like many things, they ain’t cheap. Mine was $90 or so. For the 12V adapter!

Hello all....we’ve had our 2017 Escape with the reverse bed/dinette floorplan for a year now and we’re very happy with it. We slept comfortably in the front 44” bed on a two week trip through the Canadian Rockies last summer with no issues. The rear of our trailer has a U-shaped lounge with no table which is fabulous when there’s great scenery out the back window and there’s lots of open floor space for the dogs.

We don’t regret our decision on giving up the queen bed, and remember...the front lounge makes into a queen bed anyway.

Eddy Howard

I am reminded of the Eddy Howard Classic " To each his own" bump it up on the you tube, have a sip of your favorite libation, close you eyes and pretend you are waltzing on an inch and a quarter maple dance floor. Happy birthday to my father born 101 years ago today. Gone now 51 years. 1st Army, 3rd Armored Division: Spearhead, 32nd Armored Regiment, Company B, "Oriole". Motto : Victory or Death.

Toured the midway today with two uncles and my dad, all hovering around age 90. One navy one army. I raise a toast to your dad.

A salute from me as well. Last week I was fortunate enough to eat dinner and have a few beers every night at the Globe and Laurel, a Marine Corps hangout just outside Quantico. The entire place is full of photos and memorabilia of genuine heroes. We owe them more than we know. My kind of place.
