2015 Escape Build Sheet - Advice?

Does anyone know the kitchen sink bowl inside width & length for the white sink in the 21? Looking for an alternative after noting Donna's comment about dinky sinks.

I bought it at Lowes and took it with me when I went to ETI in April Franke USA FrankeUSA 20-Gauge Single-Basin Drop-in or Undermount Stainless Steel Bar Sink Don't forget you also need the sink strainer (I don't know if this is the right strainer or not, someone at the store helped me, but the price is about right for what I bought).

We had these options when we built our 19':
EZ Lube Axles ($50 per axle)
Ez winterizing "T" valve with 30" hose $15
LED indicator light switch for water heater $15
Extra panelling for future modification (48" x 12") N/C
Additional switch for ceiling light

May get the ez lube axle.
No real "winterizing" in San Antonio. Doesn't freeze here - except once every few years for one night or so. Friends who own trailers here don't bother to winterize.
May get the hot water switch with the light.
Don't need extra panel.
One switch for the ceiling light is fine in a 17.

I would recommend a GFI outlet underneath the counter top and in front of the cook top. It comes in handy for me: to plug in a coffee pot, an electric fry pan, hairdryer and nightlight. (Not all at once of course.)

Thank you for the tip. One regular 120v under the flip up counter is on the sheet. The "standard" build includes 3 120v outlets, but doesn't say where they are located. I will add a GFCI outlet to the front of the countertop.

I believe in the 17 Escape you have one 120v located at rear dinette by the floor rear and one on the end of short cabinet by the door front, and the one at the kitchen end.

Ask Kim to send you the standard floor layout drawing that shows the default locations of electrical outlets, then mark it up and email or fax it back to show locations, particularly if you add exterior outlets of either kind.

Does a GFI outlet not come standard with the trailer? Our trailer came with one on the end of the galley and we did not order it extra.
Maybe because of the exterior outlet and proximity to the sink one is required?

Good question. I'll ask when we finalize the build sheet. Many of these things come out in the wash.

US Codes require the GFI at the end of the wire run; might be the same in Canada these days.

Our external 120V outlet next to the rear storage hatch is a GFCI. I suspect that all 120V outlets are supported by it. We had a 12V outlet put next to it for boon docking (and for a little compressor to inflate the tires when necessary).

I would call it the beginning of the run as it covers all of the other outlets down the line. Our 15 has two because our wiring is on two separate runs, one on the outside and one in the sink area.

Donna, we are considering the same sink and have a couple of questions if you don't mind. 1) The sink appears to only be available with 2 holes. Assuming you used a single-hole faucet, what did you put in the second hole? A soap dispenser? 2) Also assuming the single-hole faucet, did you install the type with a pull-out spray? If so, how did you (or Reace) handle the extra length of flex hose? 3) Did Reace have any comments or suggestions - like "never again" or "piece of cake"?

You have to have your awning in it's highest position to use the screen room, something that is not always desirable. All Escapes now have the same axle. Water filter i can be purchased at wallyworld.

It's well made with quality materials.
That said, I've only used mine a couple times.
It is fastened to the trailer at the awning and with snaps to the trailer itself.
