Build Dates Moving Fast

We just ordered a 21 with a build date in July 2018. I was looking used in September with no good hits, then got busy at work and the build date moved from late april to early July in less than 2 weeks. If you want to have an escape next summer better order now.

Surprising that with the added production wait times are still out there.

Production times seem to be cut near in half, might be more. Only a couple weeks till build completion and no pics to speak of. Keep checking my email, though.
As long as quality is still top notch, I could care less.

Good to let people know about this. That is what happened to us. I saw the build dates suddenly go to August and did not want past then so we had early August. That gave time in good weather to travel for a few weeks in Canada. We were able to go through the Canadian Rockies and much more. Finally saw Banff and Jasper!! Definitely worth it.

Maybe what is happening is that people who don't want to pick up their trailer in the middle of winter have waited to place an order. At least that is what we were advised to do by ETI when we were a little squirrelly about picking up in mid-January. We went with mid-January anyway since we live fairly close and we have no mountain ranges to cross. If we have to reschedule due to weather, so be it.

We decided to wait for a June date but I noticed the dates moving fast on the 21' and 5.0. Really looking forward to a nice pick-up and camp our way back home trip next summer. We scouted out some nice locations when we took a mini vacation to ETI this fall.

2018 21' Escape

HI,
We ordered a 21 on October 6th with a completion date of May 4th, 2018. We are VERY excited and sold our Casita within 3 days of posting it. But we will be driving from Ohio to BC to pick up our new Escape. Looooooonnnnng drive. The hubbie is so excited I bet we will be driving late into the night to get there faster!

Now we are working on what options we want. This is kind of like building a new house! FUN!
OH BOY!
Weeeeee!

Set up your orientation date close to the Escape rally in Osoyoos so you can partake in lots of fun.

I wish we could. We saw the date but due to work obligations the first date we are free will be June 1st. We hope that maybe the month of June there will be a rally or two somewhere we can attend. Do you know of any get togethers the month of June?

Thanks,
Sue

Hi Sue z q

Welcome to the Escape world

The only one you might make and it's a little out of your way home from Chilliwack would be the KY Eggs a la bourbon in Bardstown KY June 7-10.

Too bad you can't make it, it is always great fun, but so are many other rallies. Here is a link to the Rallies sub-forum at FGRV, there is a Google map showing lots of them, as well as threads specific to most of the rallies with further info.

Thanks, some in the fall rallies on our side of the country and the June Island Bolers may just work. We have the month of June to travel about! Oh boy!
Thanks again,
