I am continually amazed at how much bureaucratic nonsense that so many people have to go through to register a simple travel trailer. Although our system has its own flaws, the process itself is quite painless here, usually only taking a few minutes to go through. The registration for my Escape is also perpetually renewed at no cost, and will challenge the Escape itself for its lifespan.

All of this hassle is because we imported the trailer. Our Casita was no big deal. They handed us our plates when we picked up.

It was still worth the hassle getting the Escape, love the 21ft!

I also did have one of those build a signs made for our Casita, says Made In Texas.
