they come as either one wedge+block, or two, for single or dual axle trailers. you can also get two in a neat carry bag, which is what I picked up for my E21.

just sawed off a couple inches from the skinny end on one of them so I can get it between the tires, this should work much nicer.

Yes, for a tandem axle, a pair. The wedges are important too, because they turn the levelers into an effective chock, wedging them in place. You can see the wedges if you look closely at the photos in post #38 and #75.

Right, all you're trying to do is make it easier to fit one between the tires.

On the Andersen Leveler topic, we have the pair. A couple of weeks ago I backed our 5.0 TA onto them a a La Paz RV Park and heard a loud “snap”. The trimmed leveler had snapped into two pieces. They still work but I’m going to contact Andersen when we get back to the States. We’re avoiding the northern Winter in southern Baja until March.

Wow, that's the first I've ever heard of that Charlie. And such a clean break too. Perhaps it was defective when molded and somehow snapped along a bad injection mold line. Considering how hefty they are, it should take an incredible amount of force to break them.
