I would not let that stop you if you really want a certain finish. The Radiance finish is quite popular for example. Depending on the color you choose, a higher gloss finish might make sense. You're already going to the trouble and expense of choosing a custom interior.

We actually wanted matte. The fact that it costs less, good!

We put everything on the trailer we wanted and some for the next owners. What we did not get that we may have wanted was simply due to running out of time looking into more. We definitely covered counters enough!

Yes. We paid $200 for the Mineral Jet Radience. $100 for difference from stock and another $100 for the Radiance-other than the 58. As Robert said, we already were paying for other things we wanted...and planning to enjoy for a long time!
