Does moving an electrical outlet count as an additional o e?

I'm going to go with the permanent rear bed option on my 2017 17B. Sarah told me that the 110V outlet, etc. Will be placed on the outside of the bed base, down low. This would mean 3 outlets at that end of the trailer with limited space (no table) to place anything to plug in. So, I guess 2 questions - if I moved the outlet to the front of the trailer (hopefully in the middle or on the driver's side), would I pay for an extra outlet? And does this seem like a reasonable idea? Thanks!

I have two AC outlets at the rear of my 17B. One is under the bed on the passenger side and one is next to the sink. I also have a DC outlet on the passenger side under the bed.
Really wish I had another DC outlet next to the sink.
The reason is, I keep changing my mind about what goes where. I like to fall asleep to Dragnet and The Green Hornet, and it would be better if I could plug in my Sirius satellite radio on the kitchen counter.
You can get splitters and DC extension cords, but the fewer cords the better.

Is there not also an outlet in the "microwave cabinet", even if you don't get the microwave? (I'm not, so I can't see that outlet being very useful...)

I don't have a microwave or a microwave cabinet. I have a cupboard in that location, and no outlet to my knowledge. I've been getting peanut butter out of that cupboard for almost eight years and never noticed an outlet. But things change over time.

I don't know if things have changed, but during my build sheet formulation, I was told that ETI had standard locations for outlets, and if I wanted an outlet in any non standard location, I had to pay for an extra outlet and I couldn't "swap" a standard outlet location for a non standard location.

There are also issues with certain locations inside the trailer. For instance, there may not be enough space inside the wall or there may already be a device behind the wall that prevents access. On my 21 the interior dual 6 volt batteries take away a very logical place.
