Help With Escape 19 Outlet Locations

I am turning in my build sheet soon and wanted to get the forum's collective wisdom before I sign off. Currently I have the following:

Exterior
Two 12v outlets, drivers's side between wheel wheels and passenger side next to standard 120.

Interior - Pretty sure about the following:
One 12v/usb on dinette seat passenger side next to standard 120 outlet.
One 12v/usb next to standard 120 outlet on passenger side bed area
One 12v/usb under standard 120 outlet on cabinet wall next to kitchen flip up shelf

Not so sure about these:
I wanted to add a 120v on kitchen cabinet face with a 12v/usb but since I am adding a Dickinson stove and deeper Houzer sink, my salesperson is telling me I may not have enough room. Has anyone with these components done this? I am pretty sure I would be ok with the 12v/usb by the outside door.

Although I have no current desire to have a TV, I have added a TV cable outlet which is typically located next to 120 outlet on driver's side upper cabinet in bed area. Should I add a 12v outlet there as well? (there is no room for 12/v usb).

I believe the usb dinette, passenger side is standard, next to 120v outlet dinette seat.. I too got an extra 12v round plug kitchen by flip up table by standard 120v and extra usb in bed area with extra 120v outlet. For tv I went with 12v round plug(included with tv package) street side o/h. I moved one 120v out to kitchen front under the counter top lip, centered. Not sure about your stove issues.

Definitely would get a 12V outlet at any TV locations. For convenient power in the galley you can also consider something like this:

We put a 12V/USB by the 120V cable-ready outlet on driver side upper cabinet over bed, as well as next to standard 120V on passenger side by bed. Both get used every day.

One additional location for USB that is super handy is on passenger side of the front shelf. We plug things in to charge and they sit there happily out of the way. We also have a 120V on drivers side at that shelf, but it gets used less, mostly for the electric toothbrush charger, which is 120V only.

I printed out the schematic that shows where everything is, and then marked where I thought I would use electricity. I'm pretty visual, so it worked for me. My biggest wish was one near the kitchen counter (not the one under the flip up table). They are going to TRY to put one on the cabinet face above the range hood.

Scott, Escape is telling me that there might not be room to put a 12v/usb by tv cable outlet on upper cabinet drivers side in bed area. There is also a standard 120v there. They say they can put a 12v outlet but not a 12v/usb.Can you confirm your 12v also has usb and if so, can you post a photo?
Also, did you add any 12v outlets on the outside and if so, any regrets?
Thanks

For 12V outlets where you want to use USB, we use some Scosche adapters we picked up on Amazon. They fit pretty flush to the outlet, and charge WAY faster than the USB ports in the combination outlet due to the 2.4 amp output.

The schematic of standard locations is helpful if people haven’t seen it. It’s on the revised ETI website.

We put a 12v/usb outlet by the front overhead shelf. We use it to charge devices and have them out of sight.

Just my 2 cents worth but I don’t think I would put any 12 volt outlets outside, too much chance for corrosion. I especially wouldn’t put one between the wheels where it would be hard to change. I would put one inside the hatch. That’s just me.

The exterior 12V outlets are designed for that purpose.
That's all I know. I've only got as far as thinking about it.

Eric, excellent point on outside 12v receptacles. Even if there weren't corrosion issues, access might be a problem. Someone else made the comment that the less outside holes, the better. I am rethinking this and may put them in storage hatches if I can.
Thanks everyone for your input!

On our 2105 Escape 17A, we have a 12V DC outlet next to the Std. 120V AC receptacle on the passenger side exterior. We use it frequently while camping, including camping close to the Pacific Ocean. It has a sealing cover, that is apparently quite effective: I just checked, and the outlet is great condition, with no corrosion.

Question on wire gauge for 12v outlets. I've read in some posts that 10 gauge wiring has been specified which is heavier duty than standard. What would be the reason for this? would it only apply to exterior outlets or interior as well?

Depends on what you were planning on plugging in. Does your accessory require a bigger draw, if not, not not needed. If it were a single device you can always hook direct to the battery.
