Chuck, when you say you have a popup does that mean it's easy to put up? And Jamie it really is so comforting to have that visit to Escape in my mind as I make the final decisions. I've finally realized that we need to think a little more carefully about where we want electrical outlets and a couple other decisions, but most of all I just got this feeling that we are going to have a lot of fun with this trailer. I can envision much more clearly how we will utilize the space.

Hi Ruth,
When you buy a fiberglass trailer you also get a big, new family if you accept us. You'll find folks to camp and travel with and willing to share their knowledge and experience about Escapes.

Dave and Sandy I've already accepted you! We have a conflict this summer so we'll miss the rally, but I'm already thinking about 2015.

A word of warning though, that includes baglo, and me too. Sorry, it is a packaged family deal.

We are getting the captains lights. Can you describe where you are having them installed?

We're getting two captain's lights over the bed on the driver's side and one on the passenger side and one on the driver side dinette.

One thing I would recommend is to not eliminate any of the standard lights when getting the Captains lights. The are very bright and good for reading but not as good as the standard lights for lighting up a area like the bedroom or dinette. They tend to be more of a spot beam and not an area light. We got 2 on the passenger side bed and had the regular light removed that would have gone on that side and now we wish we had left it. Kim even ask me if I wanted it left and after thinking about it I said no. I ended up purchasing a standard light from Escape to install on that side.

Jamie, it should be any day now. It's kind of a relief that the option decisions are over and the Highlander is purchased. Now I'm figuring out which guide books we need.
