LED Indicator Switch for the Hot Water Tank Now Included on a New Monitor Panel

Just Received this email from Crystal. What good timing! We are scheduled to pick up our 5.0 on 7 October.

"Effective Immediately, Escape Trailer Industries will be installing a new Display Monitor for the trailer holding tanks and battery.
The new Monitor Panel includes an LED Indicator Switch for the Hot Water Tank. Therefore, the Optional LED Indicator Switch for Hot Water Tank which you had selected is now Standard and has been credited to your file."

A separate optional LED indicator switch for the hot water tank was one of the last items we added to our build sheet, as it was one the unlisted options one had to ask for. Talk about a company that practices continuous process improvement.

Will have to inquire if it's available as a retrofit.

I doubt if it can be a retrofit since it probably has new wiring as well as new display. We will see....

I sure wish there was a list of the "secret" options. I wasn't aware of this one. I was planning on swapping out my switch/indicator light for one I made with an illuminated switch. But nice to know I won't need to do that.

That list would be as long as someone's imagination (times the number of imaginations of Escape owners), thus making a list pretty tough to make.

Thanks Lean, I started a new thread to keep this topic separate.

I feel it coming. Jims wheels are turning and his walls are almost covered with mods so time to start over.
