More of the underneath area. All are from the driver's side.

On another thread where I asked what measurements folks wanted, one person wanted to know about the tires. The outside measurement. To the best of my ability (and lack of tire knowledge) it was 10" from wall to wall, but it was tricky to get and I could be wrong. I do know the two tires are 3" apart, if that helps anyone.

And the last photo shows the sewer outlet hookup. Oh joy!

The new style sewer has the gray control now parallel to the black, the old style was further back and at 90 degrees.

Yep, more of the underneath area.

Okay, one of the step. Which measures 9.75" from the ground to the step. 11" from the step to the floor. Appx 19.75 long by 8" deep. Just in case you want to get some rug stuff for it. I might do that.

I sure hope the photos of the underneath area will benefit someone as I took lots of 'em! Yep, here's some more.

I could not tell you what's in the photo of the tires - something red and that's all I can tell ya.

All are from the passenger side.

Does anyone know if the water tank is as close to the ground as it appears or is the perspective of the picture making it appear that way.

Okay, LAST group of photos of the underneath area.

(If you're replying to any of these photo heavy posts, please make sure the photos aren't included unless you feel the need for them to be in your reply. I'm sure everyone doesn't need to see 'em again! )

It appears to be maybe 2" below the frame where the axle is attached, you would hit the axle before the tank.

I didn't measure this as it was tricky enough for me to squat down and take the photos without falling over. Yeah, gotta work on the balance and the knee issue.

I just basically shoved the camera under there and took photos and didn't know what I took until I got home. so, the perspective could be off.

And it was very sunny out. And it probably hasn't been driven anywhere to get muddy.

Next two are of the door and you can more or less see the window. I was really curious if a curtain could be hung right on the door's window, but not really as there wasn't much of a gap between the two. The demo model did not have the curtain by the door, so I don't know if that's still included or not. Reace did tell me that the trailer didn't have everything on it. I don't know if he meant there was still stuff to add (like the curtain) or didn't have all the options. Forgot to clarify!

Window is 13.25 wide by 22.25 high. If your trailer doesn't come with that curtain or you want to use your own (plus a tension rod), the width of that area (from wall of bathroom to kitchen cabinet) is 44".

Next are some measurements of the bed area. I included two photos of that area for reference.

Space between cabinet/drawers/furnace to bed platform: 9"

bed platform: 42" wide at the end where it cuts off (so, just above the door to the underneath area, if that makes sense)

53.25" at the widest part of the bed (basically from wall on driver's side to bathroom wall)

the cut off, angled area is 17" long

length is 67.5 to the angled edge (along the bathroom wall) and 79" at the non-angled edge (basically along the driver's side wall)

Height from bed platform to under the cabinet (if you don't get the shelf, which we're not): a smidge under 46"

Height from top of mattress to bottom of shelf (using their standard mattress, of course; I did not measure the mattress - sorry! Thought of it and then forgot.): 28.5"

Well, okay, guess it's 8" as I have a measurement of 38" from top of mattress to bottom of cabinet. Huh, didn't think it was that thick. If you really need to know - best to ask them!

Shelf measures 3.5" deep by 49" long

I didn't get a photo of the door at the end of the bed, nor did the OP of this thread, but I'm sure there's one elsewhere. Anyway, the door opening is 14" x 13.25

FIRST NOTE: All door measurements are of the opening itself and go from any latches/hinges/whatever to the other side. I wanted to know what would fit inside the cabinet if it was a solid object, like a tote or bin.

SECOND NOTE: please keep in mind that the measurements are pretty close but don't count of them for 100% accuracy. Dirk didn't go with, so I had to remember the numbers and then write 'em down instead of calling them out to him to write down on my list. But, they're pretty accurate. I just don't want someone yelling at me later that I was off by a smidge or so.

It is nice to see Escape is using the clear plastic slider on the door. Some have an opaque slider which required replacing to allow an unobstructive view out the door.

These screen doors can easily be modified with clear acrylic panels to make them into winter storm doors.

Most owners purchase these 2 accessories to make closing the door easy and keep Fido from going thru the screen- found at Amazon https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...een+door+guard

Two photos of the cubbies next to the door. it's nice the demo model has 'em in there as I know it's something a lot of folks are interested in. We're not getting 'em. I took two photos are I didn't want to turn the camera sideways and have them load sideways on here.

The cubby openings are all 7.5" wide by 5.25" high.

From the top opening to next opening (there's 3 of 'em ): 7.25, 7.25 and then 7.75" (the wood space between each opening). 8" from ceiling to the first one and then 18.5 from the last one to the floor. Heck if I know if this will be useful, but there ya have it. The cubbies aren't super deep and I forgot to measure that.

Next photo shows the opening at the top of the bathroom door, which is 3/4th of an inch. Same at the bottom, but you have to use your imagination for that as I didn't get a photo of that. Yeah, I wasn't gonna lay on the floor for that.

Oops, 4 cubby openings, which you can see in one of the OP's photos. Dang. well, guess I didn't get all those measurements, but you'll get the idea.

and in case anyone needs to know it, the bathroom door is 18" wide by 63" high. I forgot to measure the lip area that you have to step over.

Okay, back to photos.

two of the medicine cabinet. Yep, that's my arm in the mirror - could not avoid that. Thrilling, huh?

Measurements of the medicine cabinet:

outside: 16" wide by 19.75 high; inside: 13.25 x 17.25; 2" out from the wall (it's set into the wall mold)

Height of shelves: 4, 9, 4"

Other bathroom measurements (don't have corresponding photos, but they're probably elsewhere on another thread):

shower pan floor area (don't know if this has changed from before): 23.25 by 20"

height of toilet base: 7"

length/width/height of toilet (hey, someone might want it!): 17x15x13

length from toilet front edge to bathroom door (aka knee room!): 23"

Photo of bathroom window included as I'm really curious if I can open it while taking a shower and if anyone will see me. Well, since Dirk wasn't with me, I still don't know. But I do know you'd have to cram your head practically inside the opened window to see anything. And I think I would notice a peeping Tom doing that!

Photo of the sink in case you want to see it. We're not getting one, which has been discussed pro/con on other threads.

Laura, is there a latch to hold the medicine cabinet door closed so stuff doesn't go flying while in route?
