I can see opening that cabinet and having things fall down into the ?. BTW, there is room for an additional cubby below the bottom one, dead space behind it, good for shoes.

Yeah, doesn't look like much. Sort of a friction type latch.

Oooo, bonus on my last batch of photos - the stripper bar in full length glory! So, might as well give you some measurements on that puppy:
2" from the bar to the end/edge of the counter; 8" from the front of the counter and 10.5 from the bar to the back of the counter. Hey, someone might want to know that.
From counter to bottom of cabinet: 35"
On the photos - close ups of the stove hood, which measures 5.25" high and sticks out from the cabinet by 3.25"
The demo trailer did not have a flip up counter on the end of the kitchen counter and I believe that's standard. that might be one of the things Reace said wasn't in there.
More kitchen measurements:
counter length/width: 65 x 22
Light under cabinet: 4 x 6 (someone said they're smaller than before, so those with the First Gen can measure theirs and compare - how exciting!)
3 burner stove: 21 wide by 17.25 deep (and other way around if you rotate it; don't know what a 2 burner stove measures)
Their stock sink (OP posted a good photo of the sink): 12.75 by 15 for the outside measurement (the metal lip area) and for the inside: 11 x 13.25
For those wanting runner rugs: 77" from the edge of the bed to the raised edge of the dinette and 35.75" for the width from one side of the kitchen floor area.

I had to give it a good yank to open it. At the time I thought "well, shoot" but now I realize (from your question - duh, takes me a while sometimes) that it's a good thing!
From the pull I had to give it, I'd feel confident putting stuff in there. Those with the 2nd Gen trailer can report if that's accurate or not.

I plan to put stuff in there, but you're right, they could fall out. Make sure the shampoo cap is tightly on, I guess. HA!
Or space for the toilet brush!

Sounds like it will work. Thanks for the runner measurement. That's one I had written down to ask about and forgot.

Bonus photos!
While I was inside the demo trailer, the trailer (also a 21, but belonging to a customer - this is the trailer I tried the detachable power cord with later on) next door was pulled out and then returned soon after that. Maybe the wrong one was pulled out? Dunno. Anyway, I quickly snapped a photo of the rear view/back up camera. SCORE! We're getting one of these, so it was really nice to see how it looked on the trailer.
And with the trailer gone I snapped a photo of the demo trailer. Meanwhile, making sure a cement truck wasn't going by. Reace warned me first thing they were going back and forth as some cement was getting poured that day. Krista thought the walls were recently poured. I don't know what was getting poured as I couldn't see much back there. I've included a photo of the construction area, seen from afar in my next batch.
This is the trailer that was moved back and forth. First Gen style.

First photo is a line up of completed trailers, waiting for their new owners. And you can see more in the 2nd photo. Krista said they really pile up over the winter and once camping season comes around they start moving out.
So, can you pick your trailer out if it's waiting for you to come up for it?
2nd photo shows the construction area.

A customer's trailer
The next two batches of photos are of the customer's trailer that was next to the demo trailer. We're getting the power jack, so I snapped a bunch of photos of it. Heck if I know if they'll be beneficial, but at least I now know what it looks like.
And some shots of the propane tanks. I did not see any sort of gauge on there to determine how much propane is in there. But, if it's there, I sure couldn't tell. But then again, this is all new stuff to me so I might not have understood what I was looking at. That's happened from time to time.

Yeah, one more photo of the jack and propane tanks in case you didn't get enough of 'em in the last post.
Then 3 of the front storage bin. I took measurements and then later realized it might change on the 2nd Gen trailer. and it was rather tricky getting measurements as there's such an angle to it. AND, I (and my knuckles) also discovered that you have to be really, really (did I say really!?) careful when opening it as it has that rough LineX stuff on there and it's a knuckle scraper. Fortunately I didn't leave any skin flesh for DNA testing, but it was a close thing. So, something to consider if you're getting that stuff.
So, the 1st Gen storage box is roughly 11.75 wide by 70" long and 19 & 23" high (note the wood "bump" in the bottom)

Okay, now we move onto more exciting stuff. The drawer stack at the end of the bed slash furnace area:
Already stated: 9" between it and the bed. Too narrow for a kitty litter box. Dang it!
I did not measure the top of the counter area as we're getting a full length drawer unit and it never occurred to me until now. Sorry!
However, the drawers themselves measure 13" wide on the outside and 12.25 on the inside and 17" long (inside), plus 3.75" high
The cabinet under the furnace is (door opening and a reminder that I measured the area a solid object would need): 11.75 wide by 17.25 high. Pooh - forgot to measure depth - not that much though so don't plan on putting something big there.

I'm pretty sure I took a photo of a battery under the dinette cushion, but we'll get to that later. Isn't it in different places depending on the size of the trailer and if you get the u-shaped dinette or regular dinette? dunno!

You could buy a smaller litter box using a small sink pan, I have one that fits the Escape sink or make a custom wooden one with an insert.

Thank you. Very nicely done and very helpful to those of us looking at as many details as possible before our build sheet is due.

Is this in any way different from a Classic 21...other than stock black appliances?
