For what it's worth, one must first HAVE a remote in order to follow the time-honored custom of losing and then searching endlessly for the remote. Just saying....

Personally, I'm not a fan of skylights in the trailer. I like it dark for sleeping and the AZ sun lights up a trailer in the morning with a translucent vent lid. Even with the stock lid I usually end up fashioning a custom light block cover for it, but a lid that lets more light in I wouldn't want especially on a fan that I run overnight sometimes.

Hmmmmmm great points.... i hadn't thought of that.

yeah we dont like extra light in the mornings, for sure.
