We've had something similar in our kitchen a while back. Its a good option for those without poorly trained omnivorous slobbering beasts

I'm a fan of this. Less cranking if you don't have a power tongue jack & more stable than running the standard tongue jack clear to the ground.

Perhaps a silly question, but for a single axle would I need just one of these? In other words, I would not need to level both wheels.

No, you only need to ramp up one wheel(on same side); these ramps aren't tall enough to have the other wheel lift off the ground.

Prefer these now(Camping World)as they are continuous:

You only need to lift the low side. And then of course, level front to back.

We purchased 3 5-hook Umbra Hooks. Escape cut the third one into two sections and split those by our bed. Placement is on outside of bathroom wall and another by the dinette. Great for hanging hats, binoculars, jackets and more. We didn't know about these until searching the forum while we deciding on options.
Amazon.com - Umbra Flip 5-Hook Wall-Mount Rack/Rail, Natural/Nickel - Coat Hooks

Of course, we love the front storage box, solar and custom fabric.

2nd the Umbra hooks,. Great looking and high usability. Also like the option to get custom flooring, Formica, and fabric. These are items that cost way more in time and labor later and it's nice to get a "custom" trailer. Love the captains lights, removable power cord, dual 6v, and solar.

Right!

Ross is talking about a tandem-axle situation. For a single-axle, you definitely only need one of these for the one side that you will be raising.

Right.
The blocks are only to bring the low side up to match the high side leveling side-to-side. The tongue jack is used to level front-to-back.

The best single axle leveler I found was the B@l leveler, not only raises but also locks the wheel in place without a chock. In fact some people carry two for a tandem, but they are heavy and bulky.Amazon.com: BAL 28050 Light Trailer Tire Leveler: Automotive

Third the Umbra hooks. Would have ordered another 5-hook piece had I known how awesome they are. (Escape will cut and attach in different places in your trailer.)

Jim:
We used the BAL Leveler with our T@B and loved it. Our Craftsman Cordless Drill was able to turn the BAL and it made leveling easy. Our experience with our new (last fall) 17B is not so positive. Apparently, the 17B is enough heavier that the BAL will not lift it--with either the Cordless Drill or with the BAL supplied ratcheting wrench. We've moved on to an Anderson Levelor, and the BAL is for sale--if anyone is interested (email me).

Thanks for the answer to that question. I saw the "continuous" set of levelers as you depict at camping world, and they were packaged as a set, and now it dawns on me that a set would be most useful I assume to someone who had a tandem axle.

Interesting. I've used two BAL levelers (tandem axle) on Ten Forward with no problems and my trailer is heavier than yours. Hummm.

1. Pad for knees when hitching.
2. Several simple wooden blocks to put under foot. Reduces amount of crankiing on the jack.
3. Umbra hooks!

One of my new favorites which I didn't used to use all the time but now do for safety after my tongue jack slid sideways a few times is the Bal X-Chock Wheel Stabilizer for tandem axles. You crank these down nice & tight and not only do they keep the trailer from moving- and I still use heavy rubber chocks too- but they keep the axles from swinging around while you are inside. $70 @ Amazon.
