I guess you guys need that fan in the winter also, while eating your barbecue, or is the MaxxFan enough?

I'm getting the Texas fan and haven't been to Texas for more than 10 years. I just want everything wired for the time I camp where it's HOT and need that to keep all the food as cool as it needs to be in the frig. This is an item that expensive to do as a mod from ETI. Plan ahead is my motto. YMMV

Jim it was 80 degrees F today. In fact I mowed the yard in shorts and a tee shirt. Is it still snowing up there? I can only image shoveling out the grill to cook.

caldreamin, I hope this is just the start of the rains you all need out there. You must do a good rain dance.

Thank you for the good thoughts. On a positive note, we're getting really good at recycling our dish water and taking very short showers. Almost feels like camping.

I only threw that out there because if it's a nearly steady 80 degrees in February it will likely be unbearably hot down here soon. Were getting out of here by June this year. Not even the Texas fan will save your food Donna.
