Make sure you have a pressure-reduction valve if you hook up to the water at Moonshadows. It's where I learned that I needed one of those, from a fellow camper.

Thanks! I've only ever had water hook-ups once, but now that I have a "fancy new RV", I'd better pick one up. I'm assuming it just screws on between the hose and the trailer? Easily found at Crappy Tire or Wal-Mart?

It goes on at the water faucet. We have had three or four as they may go bad in a while or you may leave one somewhere as I once did. Available many places often including private campgrounds.

I got mine at Home Hardware in Merritt. Since replaced it with another from Walmart, or was it Canadian Tire?

Unfortunately, I didn't get the starter kit as I have most of that. I had a look at Amazon and if I'm looking at the right thing (about $25), you can get 1/2" or 3/4". Do most campgrounds have 3/4" hookups?
