Glenn: You are flexing an open door. I can probably rip a door off the hinges if I hang on it with it open but can't do anything with it closed. When they are shut and locked the edge is slightly recessed and reasonably sturdy. Someone would need a screwdriver to pry it open. This isn't to stop a determined vandal. It is more to discourage kids from fooling around at a campground and pouring something into your fresh tank. Probably a pretty low risk, but possible. Valterra makes a locking version if someone wanted to see if ETI will install or they can do a retrofit of their existing.

You can ask, but because the complete axle assemblies (with brakes) are purchased in quantity it seems unlikely that they would want to special-order one or two axles. The brake assemblies (just the loaded backing plate, re-using the same drum) could be replaced later to upgrade. But isn't the stock equipment Nev-R-Adjust now?
