Yes, absolutely. And Osoyoos is a good example, for me anyways!

I foresee lots of target practice. Guns in the US, slingshots in Canada.

Distant sounds that are permantly oriented (no coyotes) will save you sometimes too. Learn to pace distances. I've been turned around a couple times but home before I got too hungry. I have hunted coon in the Get Lost Timber but that's another story. YMMV according to Donna.

My point exactly. Might have better luck finding your trailer if you're the ONLY dark trailer in a big group.

Hi: Jim Bennett... Slingshots can be deadly too. How about peashooters at ten paces? Alf

Cool thing about Escapes is they don't all look exactly alike... And of course, there are the tow vehicles to distinguish the few that do.
Old fashioned cane fishing poles don't telescope, but they do come apart, and hold our flag(s) and spinner. And they are cheap ($3.99US) if/when you can find them.

Maybe a little more (or less?) annoying to others- just take your keys and use your remote to blink your car lights.
