Seef, type in the search function of this forum " Are 5th wheel hitches easily removable" and you will find information on Lube Plates including longevity.

Fantastic trip that will be, cruisin on the Rhine. If you have time to get of the cruise make sure to visit some places in our small country.

The Afsluitdijk would be great and some of the lakes in Friesland are very nice too. if you look up Leeuwarden in Google you know why i like Friesland (the province in which leeuwarden is) and leeuwarden it self.
The afsluitdijk is a man made dike between the sea and the land, where the land is a few meters below sealevel....

Have fun!

That's strange. I recognize your picture and your trailer. Maybe it was another rally. Good luck with your new trailer and have fun in your travels.

Hi: vmull... You might be thinking of Lex& Rita from Holland. They were at the Oregon Rally on their epic 6mo. trip around the US & Canada in 2009.
We caught up with them in Niagara Falls and that's when we started having The Niagara Wine Escape at the Riverside Motel and Campground. Alf

Yeppers Lex and Rita! They are on Facebook, if anyone is interested. I would be glad to send a link to their page, it would be up to you to connect with them. (everything is in Danish!) Thank goodness for Bling or Google translations!)

GOOD TIMES, great memories!
