I won a couple of these at the Escape Rally. I found that on the 17B ( at least ) they fit under the bed ( since you can collapse them to the required height ), but also that they slide past the mount for the table post. A perfect fit. I ended up buying two more ( two in a package ) at Lordco. I can fit four of them under the double bed.

Those look very functional for a number of things. I got a good laugh, however, at reading the description and "Processing Time"--I think they need a new translator.

I didn't notice the processing time, but I did notice that it claims to be 40L, with dimensions of 50x30x11. 50x30x11 what? Doesn't matter if it's inches or centimeters, it's not 40 liters. Or 40 gallons. So I don't know how big it actually is...

I only looked at the web site for the picture.
I got mine at Lordco, which has a useless web site.
Was $35 for a pair as I recall.
Can't find a name anywhere on them and the box is long gone.
Can only suggest you Google using the description on that web site.

Thanks for your thorough measurements Doug and thanks to everyone else for your comments and ideas. We'll probably end up using the wardrobe space more as a pantry than for clothing storage as well. I like the idea of the wire mesh unit I saw in a thread a while back, but I think we'll wait until we actually have our Escape to figure out what we really want to do.

Got my Escape in July 2008 and I'm still deciding what goes where, and what I really need to bring.
