A Thank You
Sitting here at LAX waiting for my connecting flight (business travel seems to be the only travel I'm doing lately). Believe it or not, one thing that really helps me wait it out until our next camping adventure is to check the forum daily, read the stories, and look at the photos. So thanks.

We've enjoyed your contributions as well. I believe that collectively we've helped each other a lot on this forum.
Enjoy your business travel. One thing I miss about my former job is the travel. I loved to go-- I loved airplanes, airports (really!), hotels, rental cars, and the colleagues I worked with on the road. I was never homesick. Apparently that's still the case.

Robert, I met you at the ETI rally (Wine Tour!) and you were camped across from me (different loop). I hope whatever your destination, you make memories!

You've helped us quite a bit over the last few months with some of the fabric/build decisions, so a big thanks to you as well, Robert.
I use to travel full-time for 16 years, and while I enjoyed it at the time, I'm happy now to be out of that professionally. What is amazing is nowadays you can be sitting in an airport, campground, hotel, coffee shop, or a street bench and hook your personal tablet, phone, laptop on wifi and other than the surroundings it is no different than being at home. What will our kids have available in 30 years, wow!

I wish Donna! We were not able to go to the rally. We picked up in late March and took a month getting home, winding up our trip with the Bluebonnet Rally.
You my friend however, are at the top of my list of 'forum folks to meet'!

Robert!
You and Yolanda were the first people we met at the Bluebonnet rally in April. Tom Mackey (MacMan) took us over and introduced us! You were very helpful to us in our build sheet as well! This forum has been fantastic. Such a great bunch of people! We hope to meet a lot more of you on the road! Make memories!
