Butter Cow
Every year for as long as I can remember there has been a butter cow at the Iowa
State Fair. If you google that subject you can read all anout it. After the fair, they cut her up and use the butter. I think the secondary subject this year is Star Trek.

Just reading about them finding large, basketball size, chunks of 2,000 year old butter in bogs. Evidently the bog acts as a fridge. They say it still smells like butter but with a slightly cheesy taste.
